We'd love to help you lease out and manage your property. When managing a property before or after leasing, Heritage Coast handles the following:

• Receiving and recording rent checks and mailing them to you directly 
• All Tenant communication
• Scheduling and managing any repairs/updates needs at the property 
• Vetted list of vendors to utilities as needed

We handle these items for $185/month fee. Property management can begin before or after placing a tenant.
