Leasing a property can feel like an overwhelming process, rest assured you are in good hands. We will be there every step of the way to answer questions, provide referrals, advice, and more. Our standard lease fee is 5% of the first year's rent after we've placed the tenant and it covers the following:
- Listing and marketing the home for lease, includes professional photos and a custom property website
- Pre-screen interested parties and manage all showings to potential tenants
- Collect and review all applications, these include full credit report and background checks
- Provide summary to the landlord and advise on selection
- Handle the contract and all disclosures
- Performs the move out inspection and advises on security deposit deductions and refunds with templated letters for landlord’s use
